Wastewater treatment method for tofu processing plant of soy products
The complete set of equipment for treating soy product wastewater mainly consists of a pretreatment section, an anaerobic treatment unit, an aerobic treatment unit, a sedimentation treatment section, and a disinfection treatment unit. Each unit is interrelated and operates collaboratively to ensure that the final export water quality meets environmental standards.
1、 Preprocessing stage
In the pretreatment stage, sewage is pumped to the regulating tank for collection. The pool is equipped with submersible pumps and mixers, which can achieve functions such as uniform mixing, constant speed stirring, and filtration. This step helps ensure the stability and efficiency of the subsequent processing.
2、 Anaerobic treatment unit
The pre treated sewage is transported to the anaerobic tank, which is equipped with an anaerobic bioreactor. With the help of anaerobic microorganisms, organic matter in wastewater can be decomposed and converted into gases such as methane and carbon dioxide, while effectively reducing the chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) content in wastewater. The CODcr removal efficiency of anaerobic treatment can usually reach over 90%.
3、 Aerobic treatment unit
The sewage treated anaerobically flows into the aerobic tank, which is equipped with aeration equipment. With the help of aerobic microorganisms, organic matter in sewage is further decomposed and converted into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water, while effectively reducing the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) content in sewage. The BOD5 removal efficiency of aerobic treatment can also reach over 90%.
4、 Sedimentation treatment process
After aerobic treatment, the sewage enters the sedimentation tank, which is equipped with a slanted pipe sedimentation device. Through sedimentation, suspended solids and colloidal substances in wastewater can be effectively removed.
5、 Disinfection processing unit
The wastewater after sedimentation treatment enters the disinfection tank, which is equipped with disinfection equipment. Through disinfection, bacteria and viruses in sewage are completely eliminated.
6、 Emission treatment process
The disinfected sewage is pumped to the discharge tank and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network through the discharge outlet.
