Magnetic flocculation integrated equipment is an efficient water treatment device that combines magnetic separation technology with traditional flocculation and sedimentation processes. It has significant advantages in municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, and black and odorous water treatment. The following is an introduction from the aspects of device principle, technical characteristics, application scenarios, and case analysis:

1、 Equipment principle

The integrated magnetic flocculation equipment adds magnetic seeds (such as ferric oxide), coagulants (such as PAC), and coagulants (such as PAM) to the wastewater to form high-density magnetic flocs of pollutants. Under the action of magnetic field or gravity, flocs quickly settle to achieve solid-liquid separation. The device typically includes the following core modules:

(1). Coagulation reaction zone: Sewage is mixed with chemicals to form tiny flocs.

(2). Magnetic seed addition area: Magnetic seeds combine with flocs to increase floc density.

(3). Precipitation separation zone: Magnetic flocs quickly settle and clear water floats up and is discharged.

(4). Magnetic seed recycling system: By using a magnetic separator to recycle magnetic seeds, it can reduce operating costs.


2、 Technical features

(1). Efficient settling: The settling speed of magnetic flocs can reach more than 20 times that of traditional processes, and the processing time can be shortened to 10-15 minutes.

Small footprint: The surface load of the equipment is high (up to 20-40m ³/m ² · h), and the footprint is only 1/10-1/20 of traditional processes.

(2). Excellent effluent quality: With high removal rates for suspended solids (SS), total phosphorus (TP), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and other indicators, the effluent can stably meet the Class A discharge standard.

(3). Low operating costs: Magnetic seeds can be recycled with a recovery rate of over 99%, reducing the amount of chemicals used by 30% -50%.

(4). Strong adaptability: Modular design can be flexibly applied to different scenarios, such as mobile emergency response, existing facility renovation, etc.


3、 Application scenarios

(1). Municipal sewage treatment:

·Upgrading and upgrading: raising the effluent quality from Grade B to Grade A to meet stricter environmental requirements.

·Sludge concentration: Reduce the moisture content of sludge and lower the cost of subsequent treatment.

(2). Industrial wastewater treatment:

·High phosphorus wastewater, such as electroplating and printing wastewater, has a TP removal rate of over 98%.

·High suspended solids wastewater: such as mine and quarry wastewater, the SS removal rate can reach over 95%.

(3). Treatment of black and odorous water bodies:

·Quickly reduce indicators such as SS, TP, COD in water bodies, improve water transparency and dissolved oxygen content.
